Procedure
BOOST programme for Young Talents
The Young Talent Award is more than just a prize. The preceding stage is aimed at the development of young purchasing talents. From all nominees, 8 (at most) Young Talents will be offered a BOOST programme. In addition to handing in a comprehensive CV and a two-pager, they will get much in return. All 8 Young Talents will be offered a personal behavioural test with elaboration and a pre-event. Immediately after the pre-event, the 3 nominees for the Young Talent Award will be announced. These 3 nominees will then be offered personal coaching and their manager will be interviewed. On 15 December, the winner of the title Young Talent will be announced. In addition to the BOOST programme, the winner will get a NEVI training cheque worth 2,500 euros!
The names of all Young Talents who are presented through this website, will appear on the long list. This list will then be assessed by the jury, whereupon (maximum of) eight Young Talents will pass on to the qualifying rounds.
