Procedure CPO Award

Based on the long list, the jury will select three nominees. These three candidates will be judged by the jury on aspects as innovation, savings volume and positioning and people of the purchasing organisation. This assessment will de done based on an interview by journalist Freek Andriesse and by relevant documents on the past year handed in by the nominees.

Pre event CPO Award
During the pre event preceding the International Supply Management Congress, all four CPO nominees will give a presentation and will be interviewed by the jury on the basis of all the information available. Each member of the jury will give a score for each candidate.

The organization will calculate the average score. The CPO with the highest total score will be the winner of the CPO Award 2011.
